As a small inn a commitment to reservations is required. In the event a reservation must be canceled, a stay shortened or dates changed, deposit will be returned (less a $75 cancellation fee per room) only if notice is received a full twenty-one days in advance of arrival date. Any such change within the twenty-one days prior to arrival date will result in a refund (less a $50 cancellation fee per room) only if entire reservation is re-rented. No refund can be made within the last 48 hours prior to 2 PM on the date of arrival. See cancellation policy for additional information.
