If cancellation should be necessary, a refund of the deposit will be made if notice of cancellation is made 14 days or more prior to the arrival date. If notice of cancellation is received within 14 days of the anticipated arrival, the deposit will be forfeited unless the room can be re-sold. During Foliage Season, notice of cancellation must be received 30 days or more prior to arrival date to receive a refund, otherwise your deposit will be forfeited unless the room can be re-sold. All refunds are subject to a $20 administrative charge, per reserved room.
