The area has 9 and 18 hole golf courses, wonderful hiking, biking, and ski trails, an outdoor music venue (Alpine Valley), several terrific restaurants, antique shops, and lakes for water skiing, jet skiing, kayaking, canoeing, and boating. The surrounding area is the perfect combination of small town quaintness and rural bucolic settings where you can see horses, cows, llamas, lambs, and several varieties of birds as you drive, bike or walk while taking in the sites.
