Description
Circa 1878. A charming river town is home to this Italianate-style inn, just a short distance from the Twin Cities, but far from the metro area in atmosphere. Visitors select from five guest rooms, many decorated in elegant Victorian style. The inn, just nine blocks from the St. Croix River, is a popular stop for couples celebrating anniversaries. Guests enjoy afternoon tea and a decadent gourmet breakfast is served each morning. Antiquing, fine dining, bicycling and skiing are nearby, and there are many picnic spots in the area.

Describe Garden and Grounds |
Our acre of grounds are surrounded by a black wrought-iron fence and within that fence are stately pines and walnut trees, beautifully-manicured gardens, and an open gazebo. A picnic basket and blanket are available for picnics on the lawn, and breakfast is served in the summer on our screen porch overlooking the grounds. |
