Description

Circa 1734. With Colonial Federal design and generous hospitality this 1734 house is Beaufort's oldest running bed and breakfast. Relax on either of the two-story porches with hammocks and rockers. Sit by the fire in the sitting room with polished heartpine flooring. An 1800s Estey organ highlights the parlor. Each first-floor guest bedroom reflects the traditional ambiance of the inn with antique furnishings and decor. Hallmark candlelight breakfasts are served at the huge dining room table on the second floor. Two courses, fresh fruit and yogurt and a house specialty alongside delectable accompaniments are sure to please. Personal preferences and dietary restrictions are gladly accommodated. Stroll through the landscaped country-style garden.

A wonderful and romantic weekend

The inn has the most quiet and romantic atmosphere! This was the perfect place for our engagement! We are looking forward to come back and celebrate our anniversaries. The breakfast was delicious and prepared to order, Lizzet is a wonderful cook and a great hostess!
