Amazing service!!

We spent our wedding night at Lovelace! Very nice place!! Awesome food & service! We had car trouble a couple of minutes before we got to Lovelace. The owners son ended up fixing the car for the third of the cost!! Late Saturday night no shops were open to fix the car. Their son did us a huge favor!! I would totally go there again!!!

Romantic Getaway

Just arrived home after staying at the Lovelace Manor Bed and Breakfast for a few days. My husband and I needed a quick romantic getaway and we for sure found it here! This home is beautiful and the inn keepers, Michael and Lark obviously know exactly what they're doing. The attention to detail is impeccable. They gave us a printed driving tour that they themselves made and we had a wonderful day taking this tour. I had read on other blogs about the homemade cookies that Michael bakes everyday for the guests and sure enough, they were there. The breakfasts were not only delicious but of restaurant quality and plenty of it. My husband and I can not say enough about this bed and breakfast and Michael and Lark. We will be recommending this to everyone we know. Five minutes before we left, we booked our next stay for the end of October. I'm glad it's not too soon so we can enjoy the anticipation of another wonderful weekend!!!

Incredible B&B!

We took our first trip back east from Seattle and stayed two nights at Lovelace Manor B&B. From the moment we drove up, we knew we had made a right choice! It is everything and more that they promise! Michael and Lark made us feel at home the moment we walked in. We were impressed with how beautiful their home is! Every room is a sanctuary and we just loved how it was decorated! Our rooms were amazing. So clean and the beds were SO comfortable! The port wine in our rooms were a special treat and we loved Michael's cookies! Lark's breakfast in the mornings were absolutely delicious, not to mention the lovely presentation of each dish she served. We loved sitting on the 'wrap around porch' each evening and to my surprise, the lawn lit up with firefly's at dusk and I was smiling ear to ear. It was here I saw my 1st Firefly! Being from Seattle, this was a Big deal for me. In fact it was on my bucket list. We loved the Amish tour they provided us with and wish we would have planned differently and stayed longer in Lancaster and less time in New York. Well...now we know! By the time we left, we felt like we had known Michael and Lark forever. You will not be sorry if you book with them! We can't wait to return!

We loved our stay!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lovelace manor. The innkeepers have perfected their art. They are most gracious, friendly, and accommodating. The Inn is beautiful, and so are the rooms. Breakfast was delicious. We will definitely plan on staying there again.

Lancaster B&B

One of the very best B&B Inns we have ever stayed with. I recommend it highly and would stay again in a second. The innkeepers are very helpful and great hosts. If you are in town and need a B&B, this is the place to stay.

Carter Family

We have stayed with Lark and Michael a number of time and have never been disappointed! We took our 24 yo daughter on 14-15 May as a graduation gift and she didn't want to leave. If the glitz of the commercial Lancaster isn't your speed ask Lark to give you the map for the "locals" tour. We love visiting the area and staying at the Lovelace Manor!!

Great choice

Beautiful home with lovely innkeepers. Our bed was super comfortable and breakfast was great. The grounds were also peaceful and relaxing.Only regret was not having time to spend another night! Lots of information on the area available as well.

Best B&B anywhere!

The owners, Lark and Michael, have made every visit of ours over the past 11 years a stellar stay. We have visited other B&B's over the years, but none can compare to Lovelace. Lark and Michael have thought of everything, from gorgeous Victorian decor, fireplaces in the rooms, a gameroom, and gorgeous gardens. The food is fantastic, and Lark and Michael are the kindest, most considerate innkeepers we've met. Prepare to be pampered at Lovelace Manor!

A perfect day away

My wife and I were taking a one-day vacation while the kids stayed with their grandparents. We had a wonderful time at Lovelace Manor. We were warmly welcomed by Lark (Lark and William are the innkeepers), and our room, Lucasta, was beautifully appointed! Breakfast in the morning was delicious, and at the end of the meal we enjoyed a relaxing time talking with the innkeepers and the other guests. We would definitely return should we plan another B&B visit to Lancaster.
