Historic Interest

The original land deed was a Revolutionary War grant. Built in 1850, Orchard House was home to many of Granville's well respected citizens. In the 1950's, the building was the first licensed home for alcoholics in the state of Ohio. Saved from being bulldozed by the Price family, it was a family home for 30 years. It was a bed and breakfast in the 90s. After 10 years, Orchard House is now a B&B again.

Unique B&B Experience

Thank you for the unique B&B experience! We enjoyed the home, finches and loved seeing the animals. The holiday decorations were "just right." We both commented on how comfortable this place is - the bed especially. We also enjoyed all of the yummy breakfasts and treats!
