Description

Circa 1812. Full of history, the inn is comprised of five distinct buildings. The Main House, originally a boarding house for a female college, includes the inn's original three guest rooms and features views of the courtyard. Founders Hall houses six guest rooms while five guest rooms and suites fill the Warner House which once served as the town's premier tavern. Having served double duty as a college boarding house and space for guests of the inn, the Pearl Street House is now solely part of the inn. Lastly, the Ty Fy Mam House was ordered from a Sears catalog and built by a Welshman for his mother. All guest rooms boast private bathrooms, WiFi, a coffee maker, and mini-fridge. As renovations have been done, the innkeepers have been pleased to find historic elements such as original oak floors with walnut pegs in wonderful condition. A complimentary continental breakfast is available each morning. The Tavern, which has operated consistently since the early 1800s, is open Tuesday through Saturday for lunch and dinner.

Reservation/Cancellation Policies:

Cancellation

If you should need to cancel for any reason, we do require a 48 hour notice. Notice should be given by calling 740.587.0001. You will be given a cancellation number for your records. If cancellation notice is not given at least 48 hours prior to date of arrival, a Full Charge per room will be posted to the credit card on file. Reservations that are no-show no-cancel will be responsible for payment of the full reservation. A $50.00 fee will be applied to the credit card on file for room keys not returned to the front desk upon departure. EXCEPTIONS: The following dates require a 30 day cancellation notice. All room blocks, Denison parents weekend, Denison graduation weekend, New Years Eve, Valentines Day, Fourth of July, and Candle light walking Tour.
