Apple Brandy Sauce

The perfect complement to Stuffed French Toast!

1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
6 tablespoons butter
1 large egg, beaten
2 tablespoons brandy
2 tablespoons apple juice

In a saucepan, combine all ingredients. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened (about 5 minutes). Serve warm over Stuffed French Toast.
