Description: Delectable Apple and Pecan Flavors combine with the texture of oatmeal to make this rib-sticking breakfast favorite of hikers and skiers! Ingredients: APPLE PECAN PANCAKES 1 Cup Old fashioned Oats. Quick Oats will do. 1 Cup All purpose Flour 1 Cup whole wheat Flour 1 Cup Pecan Meal 2 Tablespoon Brown Sugar 1/4 teaspoon Salt 1 Tablespoon Baking Soda 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon 3 1/4 Cups Apple Cider 3 Eggs 2 Tablespoon Canola oil 2 Large Apples, peeled , cored, and chopped. Directions: In a large bowl combine oat meal, flour, whole wheat flour, pecan meal, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt. Mix well. In a medium bowl combine apple cider, eggs canola oil, mix well use a whisk. Add liquid to dry ingredients. Mix well. Pre heat griddle over medium heat. Using a 1/2 cup measuring cup pour batter onto the heated griddle; cook cake until the cake stops bubbling. Flip cake cook until golden brown - about 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
