In 1924 it was named Bircher-Muesli and became a Swiss national tradition. Ingredients: Ingredients for 4-6 people: 2 cups natural yogurt 2 cups rolled oats 1 cup milk 3-4 tbsp sugar 1/2 lemon (squeezed onto fruit) 2 chopped apples 2 bananas an orange, some grapes, strawberries or any other fruit such as pears, pineapples, blueberries, raspberries or kiwis. Directions: Stir together, combine everything to your taste. Allow to sit overnight. If you like, you can add nuts, raisins or whipping cream! Bon appétit!
