Black Walnut Butter Cookies

3/4 Cup Butter – softened (no substitutes)
1-Cup Flour (plain)
1/2 Cup Cornstarch
1/2 Cup Confectioner’s Sugar
1/2 Cup Chopped Black Walnuts (may substitute English walnuts)
Additional Confectioner’s Sugar

In a mixing bowl, cream butter. Combine flour, cornstarch and sugar; add to butter and mix well. Fold in walnuts.
Roll into 3/4 inch balls and place 1 inch apart on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 300 for 20-25 minutes or until set. Cool on wire racks. Dust with confectioner’s sugar.
