Bohemian Scalloped Bananas

Bananas, Creme Fraiche (or simply sour cream), vanilla, sugar

In individual ramekins slice 1/2 banana. Fold vanilla or flavoring of choice in creme fraiche or sour cream and spread over bananas with spatula. Sprinkle evenly with granulated sugar. Put on jelly roll pan in oven on 300, broiling right before arrival of breakfast guests so sugar browns nicely.
