Chef's Famous Crab Horseradish Dish

1 lb Jumbo Lump Crabmeat
1 tablespoon Shallots, chopped
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
2 teaspoons Black Pepper
1/4 cup Horesradish
1 cup Mayonnaise

1.Pick through crab to remove any pieces of shell or cartilage.
2.Combine all ingredients taking care not to break up the delicate lumps of crab.
3.Chill well and serve with crackers or toast points
