Cherry-Berries In The Snow

Description: A special dessert for special occasions Ingredients: 6 egg whites 1/2 tsp. cream of tarter 2 cups of white sugar (separated) 1 tsp. vinegar 2 tsp. vanilla (separated) 1 8 oz. pkg. of cream cheese 2 cups of whipping cream 2 cups of miniature marshmallows 1 can of cherry-pie filling 1 lb. of frozen strawberries, thawed (or fresh) Directions: Beat 6 egg whites with cream of tatter till stiff. Slowly add 1 1/2 cups of sugar, vinegar, and 1 tsp. vanilla. Put in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 1/2 hour at 300 degrees and 1/2 hour at 200 degrees. Cool. Mix together the cream cheese, 1/2 cup of sugar, and 1 tsp. vanilla. Whip the cream and fold into the cream cheese mixture with the marshmallows. Pour over the meringue and refrigerate for 12 hours.
