Cherry St. Collard Salad
Description:
A wonderful fusion of Old South and Mysterious East this quick salad is delicious with almost any main course. Ingredients: six large collard leaves 1/4 cup dried cranberries one carrot toasted sesame oil rice wine vinegar salt & pepper Directions: Wash the collard leaves thoroughly. Roll them cigar style and then julienne them ( cut them in tiny strips). In a bowl add 1/4 cu vinegar and four tablespoons sesame oil.
