Chicago Cheese Cake

Description: Great for breakfast or can serve for evening dessert. Once you taste it you won't be able to stop. So simple to prepare only 5 ingredients. Ingredients: Two tubes of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls 2 large 8 oz. cream cheese 1 tsp vanilla Scant cup of sugar 1 separated egg Directions: Grease or spray Pam into a 9" x 13" pan. Fill to seam on bottom of pan with one of the tubes of rolls. Mix well the cream cheese, vanilla, egg yolk and sugar. Spread on top of rolls in pan. Place other tube of rolls on top of mixture. Close seams with your fingers. Whip egg whites only until frothy and spread on top of rolls. Bake at 400 F for 10 minutes, then at 350 F for 20-30 minutes (depending on your oven). Let cool before cutting. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when ready to serve.
