Cinnamon Scones

2 cups of flour 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 2 teaspoons of baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 cup butter 1 egg 3 tablespoons of sweet honey 1/3 cup buttermilk 1 teaspoon of water 2 tablespoons granulated sugar Take Ingredients: 2 cups flour 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 cup butter 1 egg 3 tablespoons of honey 1/3 cup buttermilk 1 teaspoon of water 2 tablespoons granulated sugar Directions: Stir together the flour, b.soda and salt in a bowl. Slice in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. In small bowl, beat egg yolk together with honey and buttermilk until blended together, next add the contents of the small bowl to flour mixture in the larger bowl, blending lightly until mixture sticks together. With floured hands, carefully shape the dough into flattened ball-like shape and roll out onto a floured surface. Flatten to about 1/2 inch thick and with a floured knife, cut mix into 10 wedges and place on greased or nonstick baking sheet. In small bowl, lightly beat egg white with water. In another different bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon. Brush scones lightly with egg white and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
