Cranberry & White Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

Guests tell us these soft & chewy cookies are their favorite cookies ever! The red & white colors look very festive yet are easy to make. Ingredients: 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup egg beaters ( these make cookies softer than regular eggs, but okay to substitute 2 eggs) 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp. salt 3 cups oatmeal (quick or old fashioned, uncooked) 1 cup dried cranberries 1 cup white chocolate chips 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips Directions: Heat oven to 350 F. In large bowl, beat together butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; mix well. Stir in oats, craisins, and white chocolate and chocolate chips. Use #18 or #20 muffin scoop for extra large cookies and place 9-11 scoopfuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 14 minutes.
