Description:
Guests tell us these soft & chewy cookies are their favorite cookies ever! The red & white colors look very festive yet are easy to make.

Ingredients:
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup egg beaters ( these make cookies softer than regular eggs, but okay to substitute 2 eggs)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 cups oatmeal (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Heat oven to 350 F. In large bowl, beat together butter and sugars until creamy.
Add eggs and vanilla, beat well.
Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; mix well.
Stir in oats, craisins, and white chocolate and chocolate chips. Use #18 or #20 muffin scoop for extra large cookies and place 9-11 scoopfuls on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 14 minutes. Cool several minutes on cookie sheet; remove to wire rack. Cool completely.
