Creme Brulee Crunch French Toast

This tasty French Toast combines easy ingredients and quick cooking for a great breakfast Ingredients: 6 eggs 1/2 cup Coffee Mate Creme Brulee liquid creamer Cinnamon & Pumpkin Pie Spice 6 slices of Franz Texas Toast Bread 2 cups of Post Great Grains Crunchy Pecans Cereal. 1 cup Whipped Cream Cheese in Berry Flavor. 1 banana, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries. Directions: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Take cereal and crush in plastic bag and set aside. Mix the whipped berry cream cheese, bananas, and blueberries and put in the middle of two pieces of the Texas Toast Bread. Mix Eggs, Creamer and spices and pour into a pan deep enough to cover 1/2 the bread. Put stuffed bread in the egg mixture and let soak for 1 minute. Use a spatula to turn and soak other side. Take out carefully and sit on the plate with crushed cereal. Turn and cover both sides. Put stuffed french toast on parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes on one side and turn. Take out of oven, cut on diagonal and serve one or two pieces on a plate. Garnish with powdered sugar and blueberries. Substitute peaches, pears, or apples instead of bananas.
