Farm French Toast

Description:
Farm French Toast Serves 6

Light and fluffy yet rich as can be.

Ingredients:
8 fresh eggs
1/2 cup half and half
dash of salt
1/4 white sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tesp vanilla

Directions:
Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl with a whisk to make it fluffy. Drown the french bread slices and let soak for a minute on each side then remove, place on hot surface and cook until light brown then turn over to finish. Serve with maple syrup or jelly.
