Fried Cinnamon Apples

This dish is great year-round, but is especially good in the fall.

1 to 1/2 Apples per person (depends on size of Apples)
1/4 cup Butter
1/4 cup Cinnamon/Sugar mixture
Apple Pie Spice

Peel, core and slice the Apples.
Melt Butter in a small skillet.
Put Apples in the hot skillet.
Sprinkle Cinnamon/Sugar over Apples.
Shake a small amount of Apple Pie Spice on each Apple slice.
Simmer until tender, stirring occasionally - approximately 15 minutes.
