Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients:
HASHBROWN CASSEROLE
1 bag of country style hashbrowns(shredded,not cubed)
1 bunch green onions, chopped including greens
1 ( 10 1/2 oz. ) can cream of chicken soup
2 cups sour cream
2 cups sharp Cheddar cheese,shredded
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

TOPPING
1/2 stick melted butter
2 cups crushed cornflakes

CASSEROLE
Combine all of the casserole ingredients in large mixing bowl. Spray a 9 x 13 inch Pyrex dish with non-stick cooking oil & spread hashbrown mixture in dish. Cover & refrigerate overnight.

TOPPING AND BAKING
In the morning, pre-heat oven to 375 deg. F. Mix melted butter with crush corn flakes. Spread over top of casserole & bake 45-55 minutes until bubbly.
