Hot Brie Dip

Description:
The aroma of this delicious hors d’oeuvre draws your guests into the kitchen, mouths watering for their first taste!

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. butter
1 large onion, minced
2 tsp. minced garlic
8 oz. brie cheese, trimmed and cut in pieces
1 8 oz. block cream cheese
3/4 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 8 oz. round bread loaf
Paprika

Directions:
Saute onion and garlic until golden. Set aside.

Put brie and cream cheese in bowl and microwave until soft. Mix in onion and garlic, sour cream, lemon, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Cut center of bread loaf creating a bowl and fill with mixture. Wrap bread bowl in foil, leaving a hole on the top over the brie mixture. Heat in 400 degree oven until bubbly – about an hour.

Serve with cubes of bread for dipping and watch it disappear!
