A delicious, light, crisp cookie

3 sticks Imperial margarine (do not substitute)
3/4 cup plus 1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon vinegar
2 1/4 cup sifted flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda

Cream margarine and sugar with electric beater for 5 minutes. Add vinegar and vanilla and beat again for 5 minutes. Add flour and baking soda, but just mix in, do not beat. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheets and press down with fork dipped in cold water.
