Miss Molly's Muffins
Ingredients:
1/4 c oil 1 egg 1/2 t salt 2 t baking powder 1/2 c sugar 1 1/2 to 2 c all purpose flour 1 c diced strawberries Directions: Preheat oven to 375 F. In small bowl, gently beat milk, egg and oil. In a large bowl, sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add the strawberries into the flour after letting the water drain from them after you dice them. Add the wet mixture and combine. Line 8 muffin tins and put muffin mix in them. Bake for 20-30 minutes. Cool. Take a piece of paper and cut out a small heart. Hold over the muffin and dust powdered sugar over it to give it a Valentine's Day Decoration.
