A Simple Delight! Ingredients: 1 9-inch pie shell 8 Eggs 3/4 cup Heavy Cream or Milk 1 t. Garlic Powder 1 t. Salt 1/2 t. Pepper 1 cup Shredded Cheese 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 1/4 cup Green Pepper, chopped 1/4 cup Onion, chopped 1/2 cup Mushrooms, sliced 2 Tablespoons Butter Directions: Sauté onions, peppers, and mushrooms in butter. Set aside. In a large bowl beat eggs and milk together, add garlic powder, salt, and pepper, mix well. Sprinkle 1/2 cup shredded cheese and 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese in bottom for pie shell. Add onions, peppers, and mushrooms. Pour egg mixture in shell and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Garnish with paprika and dill weed.
