Multigrain Wheat Bread

Description:
A moist hearty bread with seeds and nuts that makes a fan club at every baking. Served warm with melting butter, its a meal unto itself.

Ingredients:
10 oz. water
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp yeast
3 Tbsp. oil
3 Tbsp. honey
1/4 C. cornmeal
3/4 C. oatmeal
2 C. whole wheat flour
1 C. white flour
3 Tbsp. sesame seeds
3 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
3 Tbsp. flax seeds
1 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds

Directions:
Dissolve the yeast into the water, then add the rest of the ingredients, adjusting the mixture +/-with water or flour to make a non sticky dough. Knead for 10 minutes, then allow to rise until doubled, punch down, shape into 2 greased bread pans, and allow to rise until doubled again.
Bake until golden brown, checking the last 5 minutes.
