Peaches & Cream Croissants
Description:
Delicious peach filled croissants Ingredients: Cut 4 - 6 croissants in half 4 eggs, beaten 1 cup half-n-half 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup pecans, crushed 4 - 6 peaches, peeled and sliced 1 tablespoon cinnamon 1 cup brown sugar 3 tablespoons butter Maple Syrup Directions: Whisk eggs, half-n-half and vanilla. Pour in a greased baking dish. Soak croissants open in eggs and milk mixture turning once. Leave in refrigerator overnight. Next morning mix cut up peaches, cinnamon, brown sugar and butter together. Stuff each croissant with cinnamon and peaches mixture. Sprinkle pecans on top. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from baking dish, pour maple syrup over top and serve. Delicious!!!
