Puff German Pancake

Ingredients: 4 eggs l cup milk l tsp almond extract l tsp grated lemon zest l cup all purpose flour Powdered sugar optional Apples Directions: Melt 4 Tbsp of butter in 9" glass pie plate in oven as you preheat it to 425 degrees. Put in blender 4 eggs, l cup milk, l tsp almond extract, blend well. Add l tsp grated lemon zest l cup flour quickly, l/3 cup at a time blending till combine. Pour in waiting pie plate in which the butter is very hot. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 mins. You can top with powdered sugar and lemon wedges or what is excellent is saute peeled, thinly slice apples in butter, brown sugar and cinnamon.
