Great with most egg dishes. Served on the side.

3 medium-size ripe tomatoes (quartered)
4 little green onions (tops cut off )
4 6 sprigs cilantro
1 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 jalapeno pepper (seeds removed)

Put all ingredients in blender or food chopper.
Process until all chopped but not too liquid.
