Sautéed Pears

Description:
Warm sautéed pears to be served before the main course.

Ingredients:
Dole pineapple juice, honey, pears and pecans

Directions:
Core, peel and cut four pears in half. Microwave on high for two minutes then sautée for half hour or until pears are translucent in appearance. Sautée in two cans of dole pineapple juice and two tablespoons of honey. Sprinkle with finely chopped pecans
