Stuffed Berry French Toast

Truly decadent. Mixed berries, cream cheese, butter and cream how can anyone say no. Ingredients: 1 loaf of white bread (or leftover croissants) 1 bag mixed frozen berries 1 package cream cheese 1 stick melted butter 10 eggs 1 1/2 cups half and half 1/3 cup maple syrup Directions: Cut bread into 1 inch cubes. Spray baking dish with Pam. Place half the bread in dish. Scatter cream cheese pieces over bread. Sprinkle berries over cream cheese. Cover berries with remaining bread cubes. Combine the eggs, half and half, syrup and melted butter in bowl and mix well. Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes. Chill, cover overnight. Preheat over to 350.
