Scrumptious, light and oh-so-easy to prepare! Just add your favorite ingredients to the eggs, shake, boil and you have a custom-built omelette! Great for a lazy weekend breakfast for 2, or to serve a crowd. Ingredients: 2 eggs per omelette (large or extra-large) Your choice of ingredients, such as: cheese, diced and cooked ham, onions, green peppers, tomatoes, salsa. Use your imagination! Pot of boiling water Directions: Crack two eggs into a quart-size. zip-top plastic bag. Use no more than 2 eggs per bag. Shake well. Add ingredients of your choice. Quantities are limited only by personal taste and common sense, but don't use more than 1/4 cup of cheese per omelette. Shake all ingredients and mix well. Make sure to get the air out of the bag and seal it. Place the sealed bag(s) into a pot of rolling, boiing water for EXACTLY 13 minutes. You can usually fit 6 to 8 sealed bags into a large pot. Remove bag(s)from water. Open the bag and the omelette will easily roll out. Voila! You have a prefect, light and fluffy omelette!
