Description

Circa 1928. This Craftsman-style country inn sits on a private wildlife habitat of 27 acres adjacent to Rocky Mountain National Park. Each of the enchanting guest bedrooms, appropriately named after ten local wildflowers, exudes a romantic charm. They all feature fireplaces, large antique, jetted, sunken or whirlpool tubs and unique showers such as a rock wall waterfall and a rooftop shower for two. Stargaze through skylights, and enjoy spectacular views from private decks. Start the day with RiverSong coffee or Mexican hot chocolate. A generous breakfast includes a fruit starter, a savory, potato or sweet main entree, and perhaps John Wayne casserole with sour cream peach muffins. Outdoors, the breath-taking scenery is enhanced by extensive varieties of birds, trout streams and deer. Close by are some of the nation's best hiking and snowshoeing trails. RiverSong's forte is offering fantastic wedding packages.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

My favorite room at this wonderful B&B has got to be the Forget-Me-Not room. My wife and I stayed there to celebrate our anniversary and everything was just wonderful--from the sweeping views of the continental divide to relaxing in a tub comfortable for two, sipping wine in front of a crackling fire. The breakfasts were fabulous and prepared us well for hiking in RMNP all day. We will definitely be back!
