Fantastic
We recently joined another couple for four nights at this B&B in Lancaster Pa. The inn keepers, Janis and Ann were without doubt the most friendly, organized and helpful we have experienced. The meals were fantastic...from plum and goat cheese strata to mango crepes for breakfast. Would not have missed it for the world!!!!!!!!! The Baggetts

Wonderful Inn
We stayed with Ann and Janice during our trip to explore the Amish country. The King's Cottage was a very beautiful, very friendly place to stay. The owners were full of helpful, knowledgeable advice and suggestions about the area, places to eat and see, directions and descriptions beyond compare and always at the ready. A hundred little touches in the Cottage, itself made it worth the trip, plus it was spotless, comfy, spacious, and made you immediately welcome. A very, very nice place to stay.

Anniversary Stay
We enjoyed our time in the Lancaster area. The room was nice but on the small side. We felt the food was good- but not a hearty breakfast and there were no choices offered.Everyone received the same meal. The innkeepers were pleasant and very helpful with directions and reservations.Nothing special was done or the day mentioned and it was told we were celebrating our annniversary.

Felt Like A King and Queen
The King's Cottage met any and every expectation we had as a couple wanting a romantic getaway. The breakfasts were gourmet, if we had a question about the area, it was answered. Any time we were on the way to somewhere, directions were readily available without even asking for them. Menus were available to a wide variety of restaurants which really helps making the right choice before leaving for the night. The bed and pillows were comfortable which usually never happens for us as we are hard to please on that subject. The air conditioning was very good. Ann and Janis will be as involved as you need them to be and are fun to trade stories with. We reccomend this B&B without reservation.
