Apple French Toast



Description:
Delicious apple French Toast to make the night before, bake the next morning for family gatherings...

Ingredients:
1 C. Brown Sugar
French bread, 1" slices
1/2 C. Butter melted
6 large eggs
3 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/2C. half & half
3 Granny Smith apples peeled, cored & thinly sliced...
1T. vanilla

Directions:
Combine brown sugar, butter & cinnamon in a 10.5x14.75" glass baking dish. Add apples & mix well then spread evenly on bottom of dish. Arrange slices of bread on top. Mix eggs, half&half and vanilla. Pour mix over bread, soaking tops. Cover and refrigerate 4-24hrs. Bake covered w/aluminum foil in preheated 375' oven for 40 minutes and uncovered for 5 min...& serve!
