Artichoke Frittata

Great combination of artichokes, mild salsa and cheese. A little spicy but guests love it!

1 cup salsa
1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts--drained and chopped
1 1/2 cups Monterey Jack cheese
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar shredded
6 eggs
1 cup sour cream

Preheat oven to 350.
Spray 13x9 pan with nonstick spray. Spread salsa evenly in bottom of dish and sprinkle with artichokes and cheeses.
In medium bowl, beat eggs and sour cream. Pour egg mixture over artichokes and cheese.
Serve with sour cream and pepper jelly.
