White Chocolate Brownies
Description:
Buttery bites with both white and dark chocolate! Ingredients: 1/2 cup unsalted butter 8 oz. white chocolate chips 2 eggs 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup flour 1 1/4 cups semi sweet chocolate chips Directions: Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease an 8 inch pan (can also line with foil or parchment paper). Melt butter in small saucepan over low heat. Remove pan from heat and add 4 oz of the white chocolate. Do not stir. In large bowl, beat eggs and pinch of salt with electric mixer until frothy. Gradually add sugar and beat until pale yellow and slowly dissolving ribbon forms when the beater is lifted. Add white chocolate mixture, vanilla, salt and flour mixing until just combined. Stir in semisweet chocolate chips and remaining white chocolate.
