Baked Oatmeal

Wonderful way to eat healthy and enjoy the taste of oatmeal at the same time.

Beat 4 eggs.
Add 3/4 cup oil and 3/4 cup honey.
6 cups uncooked oatmeal (quick or rolled oats)
1 1/3 T sp. Baking powder
1 tsp. Salt
1 heaping tsp. Cinnamon
2 cups milk

Mix well. Put into a 9 X 13 cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serves 8 12 people.

Add raisins, nuts or blueberries.
