Blueberry Fritters
Ingredients:
1 Cup All Purpose Flour 1 1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder 3 Tbl. Powdered Sugar 1/4 Tsp. Salt 1 Tsp. Cinnamon 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract 1/3 Cup Milk 1 Each Egg 1/2 Cup Frozen Wild Maine Blueberries To Taste Pure Maine Maple Syrup Directions: Mix all dry ingredients. Add milk and vanilla to egg and beat well, slowly stir into dry ingredients. When batter is smooth, fold in blueberries until mixed evenly. Drop 2 oz. scoops slowly into 360 degree vegetable oil, and cook until golden brown. Remove fritters and drain off any excess oil. Serve with a generous portion of warm Maine maple syrup.
