Blueberry Stuffed French Toast
Description:
Delightful 2 slice French Toast with cream cheese and fresh blueberry filling. Drizzle with Maple Syrup for a mouth watering taste. Ingredients: 12 slices Papperidge Farm thick sliced Br Sugar swirl bread or MB French Toast bread. 6-8 oz cream cheese with 1/4 cup powdered sugar mixed. 10 eggs/ 2 cups milk, 9X13 oven dish Directions: Arrange 6 slices in greased dish. Spread cream cheese mixture and about 9-10 blueberries per slice. Cover with 6 slices. Blend the eggs and milk and pour over bread. Cover and store in refrigerator overnight. Bake in 350' oven 40-45 minutes until tops are golder brown. Cut each of 6 breads in half. Serve with Maple Syrup, sliced strawberries, and vanilla yogurt.
