Breakfast Apples

Description:
Enjoy the fruits of the fall season, or great any time, breakfast apples are a wonderful start to any morning!

Ingredients:
2-3 peeled and sliced apple
1-2 Tbls. brown sugar
cinnamon to taste
granola

Adjust recipe for more people - add one apple per person

Directions:
Peel and slice 2-3 apples into a mixing bowl. Add 1-2 tablespoons brown sugar and cinnamon to taste and toss the apples until lightly covered. Place apple mixture in a microwavable dish. Sprinkle granola over the apples. Cover with waxed paper, and microwave on high 3-4 minutes, or until center apples are tender, but not mushy. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
