Caprese Salad On Himalayan Salt Plates

Description: This is a classic Italian Caprese salad, but served on Himalayan Salt Plates, which give a lovely, delicate saltiness, while adding beauty! Ingredients: 16 slices of creamy Mozzarella, preferably Bufallo Mozzarella 16 fresh tomato slices Excellent olive oil (We usually use Italian, Israeli, or Chilean olive oil) Modena, Italy Balsamic Vinegar 4 Himalayan salt plates Directions: Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella. Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices on the Himalayan salt plates, and add the fresh basil leaves between them. Drizzle with olive oil and Balsamic Vinegar. Serve!
