Cheesy Scrambled Eggs
Description:
Light and fluffy scrambled eggs with fresh snipped herbs and grated cheeses Ingredients: 2 eggs per person, Dash of 1/2 and 1/2. 1 french onion per person, Mix of Dill, Parsley and Chives Your favorite cheese, grated finely Salt and Pepper. Knob of butter Directions: Snip the dill, parsley and chives early in the morning for best flavor. Chop them finely, mix together and set aside. Snip the french onion to small pieces. Beat together the eggs and 1/2 and 1/2. add salt and pepper to seaon and a healthy pinch of herb mix. Set aside. In egg pan, melt knob of butter and add French onion.Stir to ensure pan has even spread of butter. 30 seconds, add the beaten egg mix and leave untouched in pan for 2 minutes.Stir gently sides to middle. When egg is almost set add the grated cheese. Turn off heat. Fold egg mix on top of cheese and leave sit for 30 seconds. Serve in ramekin dish topped with grated cheese and pinch of herbs.
