Chili Cheese souffle

Description: Chili Cheese Souffle Ingredients: 3/4 Cup All-Purpose 15 Eggs 1 1/2 Baking Powder 1 10-15oz. Can of Diced Green Chilies with Juice 24 oz. Container Cottage Cheese Mix 6 Cups of Shredded Jack/Cheddar Cheese Mix Directions: Combine cottage cheese, jack/cheddar mix and green chilies in a large mixing bowl. In a separate large bowl, beat eggs lightly. Add flour and baking powder and mix (small lumps of flour are ok.) Add the chili and cheese mix to this mix and stir well. Pour mixture into greased 2" to 3" tall glass baking dish (square or rectangular) Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees, then turn oven down to 350 and bake for an additional 35-40 minutes.
