Cold Cucumber Soup

I love making this soup for a Summer Dinner Party or to take to a concert. It is so EASY!

3 Cucumbers
1/2 Onion ( We prefer Vidalia When in season), chopped
1 Can of Cream of Chicken Soup
4 to 5 Springs of Dill
2 Basil Leafs
1 8 ounce container of sour cream
Salt and Pepper to taste

Peel the cucumbers and cut in half. Seed cucumbers with a melon scoop or spoon. Place the seeded cucumber in a blender. Add the onion, soup, dill basil. Blend well. Add the Sour Cream. Blend well. Salt and Pepper to taste. Refrigerate a couple of hours before serving.
