Crab ScrambleDescription: Yes, crab for breakfast...I was wondering if my guests would mind seafood for breakfast, but come to find out they Love It! and also ask for the recipe. Ingredients: 4 Tablespoons butter 9 eggs 1/2 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 can (6 oz) crab meat, drained 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes 1 Tablespoon dill, fresh or dried (you use amount that you prefer) Directions: 1 medium mixing bowl 9/13 glass baking dish Baking time: 35-40 minutes Baking Temp. 325' Melt the butter in a 9x13 glass baking dish in oven. In a bowl, beat the eggs, milk, salt, pepper. Stir in the crab meat and cream cheese. Pour over the melted butter. Sprinkle dill over the top.
