Cream Eggs

Creamy egg delight that is great for large gatherings

1 large egg
1 slice Canadian bacon
1/4 c. Monterey Jack cheese
2 T. heavy whipping cream
Salt, pepper and paprika
Repeat for each additional guest at your table

Place one slice each Canadian bacon, chopped, on bottom of greased 6 oz. ramekin. Sprinkle 1/4 c. cheese on top of Canadian bacon. Create a well in the cheese and break 1 egg into center of well. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour 2 T. heavy whipping cream over top of egg. Sprinkle with paprika. Place ramekin on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until egg is cooked to desired consistency.
