Fall Fruit Salad

Fall is a wonderful time in Indiana for apples. Many varieties are grown locally. Select several apple varieties and colors to enhance this seasonal dish.

3 to 4 apples cored, unpeeled, cut in bite size pieces
2 bananas sliced
1/4 c pecan pieces
1/2 c raisins
1 c miniature marshmallows

Salad Dressing
8 oz can jellied cranberry sauce
1 tbsp commercial coleslaw dressing

Use an electric hand held mixer to combine cranberry jelly and coleslaw dressing. Toss with all other ingredients
